Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecom operations and maintenance for enterprise systems in Washington, DC. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and partner with engineering, security, and vendors to ensure reliability and service quality.

The role requires a strong background in VoIP/SIP technologies, ITIL processes, and effective stakeholder communication. On-site work is required in Washington, D.C., with security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT/management fields.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience leading technical teams in service desk operations, troubleshooting, or system support.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for enterprise telecommunications/telephony systems.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team including service desk staff, technicians, and engineers.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management with timely triage and resolution.
