• 5–7 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail environments.
• 5–7 years of experience working with agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Active contributor in planning and strategy activities to align UX vision with business goals and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates, guiding junior UX resources, and supporting apprentices.
• Delivery and execution: create UX artifacts, test usability, and lead data collection and synthesis.
