Job summary

The Home Depot is expanding its UX team to craft end-to-end experiences and understand customer needs. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and researchers to align with business goals and customer needs, balancing usability with retail strategy.

You will engage in planning, design iterations, and collaboration with product teams, taking feedback to improve experiences and drive customer delight.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 4 years of UX experience.
• Minimum 5 years in UX in enterprise or retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and participate in planning and strategy activities to align experience vision with partners and OKRs.
• Coach and mentor junior UX resources and apprentices.
• Deliver and execute UX designs, artifacts, and usability tests; lead data collection and synthesis.
