Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of UX experience
• 5-7 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Active contributor in planning and strategy activities to deliver on the experience vision and align with partners.
• Coaching and mentoring junior UX resources and apprentices.
• Delivery and execution: advocate for design-centered thinking and lead usability testing and data synthesis.
