Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior project portfolio leader to identify and direct a portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at improving admin costs, processes, and patient experience across business units. The role requires deep consulting knowledge and the ability to drive insights from data and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar experience
• 7 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects of varying size and complexity

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity
• Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through the portfolio of projects, working with senior leadership to scope, prioritize and deliver
• Other duties as assigned or requested
