Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, data, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, technology, data, business transformation, and integration.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, requirements, and integrated delivery plans.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, milestones, and decision points.
• Build strong partnerships across business functions, Process Excellence, IT, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project governance with Core Team, Steering Committee, and Change Control Board activities.
• Prepare concise status updates, recommendations, and executive communications.
• Drive accountability for commitments, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and benefits realization.
• Identify and resolve complex project challenges by evaluating alternatives and removing roadblocks.
• Mentor teams and contribute to EPMO continuous improvement.
