Job summary

Ford is seeking a senior transformation leader to define and run enterprise transformation strategies aligned with electrification priorities and broader business objectives. You will own large, cross-functional programs from discovery through sustainment.

You will design operating models, governance, change management, and workforce interfaces; lead a team of business architects; and influence executives to achieve measurable improvements in cycle time, cost, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 14+ years of relevant experience leading transformation and enterprise strategy.
• Proven track record delivering large cross-functional programs from discovery to sustainment.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and change management experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship available.

• Define and lead enterprise transformation strategies aligned with priorities and business objectives.
• Own large cross-functional programs from discovery through implementation and sustainment.
• Establish vision, success criteria, and multi-phase roadmaps across people, processes, data, and tech.
• Design current- and future-state operating models, processes, governance, and interfaces.
• Translate complex systems into practical transformation plans and roadmaps.
• Lead a high-performing team of business architects and manage executive stakeholders.
