You will drive modernization across critical IT systems, set long-term roadmaps, and coordinate with FCSD Tech, Digital Products, and Enterprise partners to accelerate business outcomes.

The role emphasizes executive communication, budget stewardship, and guiding a diverse engineering team toward measurable performance improvements and customer-centric results.

Qualifications

• BS in MIS, CS, or IT; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in systems architecture, IT governance, vendor/service management, and IT alignment with business processes.
• Familiarity with Dealer Operations preferred.
• 5+ years leading a larger team (40+).

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic evolution of mission-critical IT systems for SE&O.
• Own multi-year technology roadmap and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with FCSD Tech, Digital Products, and Enterprise partners.
• Develop metrics and scorecards to drive transformational progress.
