Job summary

Ford's ADVEV organization seeks a Staff Business Architect – Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives that enable the electric vehicle strategy. You will define and deliver new business capabilities, operating models, and cross-functional processes supporting Ford’s EV programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in business architecture, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience with hardware programs and automotive domains is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives aligned to ADVEV and Ford EV objectives.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and Supply Chain to drive change.
• Define problem statements, current/future state operating models, and roadmaps.
• Capture requirements and translate into actionable strategies and plans.
• Influence stakeholders and manage scope, risks, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Incorporate change management, communication, and training into programs.
