Job summary

Snyk Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to drive strategic value for Fortune 100 customers, shaping secure AI-enabled development lifecycles. You will guide complex DevSecOps transformations and turn security into a business enabler through data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure measurable outcomes, driving adoption of Snyk’s developer security platform across top accounts in North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with Fortune 100 enterprise accounts in North America.
• Strong knowledge of developer security tools and workflows (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate enterprise customer strategies across short, mid, and long term security goals.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders to drive adoption and retention.
• Design customized onboarding programs to achieve customers' security program goals.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmaps with internal teams.
• Prepare strategic business reviews (QBRs) and demonstrate ROI with data-driven storytelling.
• Mobilize resources to remove adoption barriers and solve complex technical challenges.
