Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to act as the strategic heartbeat for top enterprise customers. You will shape how Fortune 100 firms secure their development lifecycles in the AI era, guiding leaders through DevSecOps transformations and turning security into an enabler backed by data-driven analysis.

You will join Snyk's Technical Success organization, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customers realize measurable value from Snyk's developer security

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with executive engagements.
Experience with enterprise customers (Fortune 100) in North America.
Strong ability to translate technical wins into business value.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate strategies for enterprise customers to realise value across security workflows.
Build trusted relationships with engineering and security leaders to drive adoption.
Design onboarding programs to meet customers' security goals using Snyk products.
Advocate for customer needs with Product, Sales, and Support to influence roadmaps.
Prepare strategic business reviews with data-driven ROI storytelling.
Mobilize resources to remove adoption barriers and resolve technical challenges.
