Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks an Senior Technology Leader to own the Enterprise Technology experience across the firm. You will define the measurement system, run the scorecard, and ensure visibility of outcomes.

This individual-contributor role partners with IT Finance, PMO, vendor management, and risk to drive prioritized work and executive communication. You will lead developer platform design, CI/CD governance, and an operating rhythm across bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering enterprise technology programs and platforms.
Ability to translate experience findings into prioritized work with business value.
Strong collaboration with IT Finance, risk, and program management.

Responsibilities

Define and operate a single measurement system for Enterprise Technology experience.
Own the Enterprise Technology scorecard with consistent cadence and visibility.
Establish a front door for technology demand with published triage SLAs.
Prioritize the technology initiative portfolio with discretionary planning discipline.
Lead the operating rhythm for quarterly reviews and action tracking.
Design and govern internal developer platforms and CI/CD standards.
Partner with senior leaders to translate insights into measurable outcomes.
