• Extensive leadership of multiple engineering teams across locations.
• Experience with architecture, modernization, delivery, and production operations.
• Proven track record building API-first and cloud-ready architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology teams across geographic locations.
• Establish technology strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and architecture.
• Own architecture, engineering, delivery, production stability, resilience, and scale.
• Provide technical leadership across full-stack development, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Drive modernization toward API-first, event-driven, modular architectures and reduce debt.
• Maintain highly available production environments, including DR and observability.
• Drive engineering excellence via automation, CI/CD, and secure software practices.
• Champion AI-assisted software engineering and apply GenAI/ML opportunities.
• Manage workforce, vendors, priorities, and investments balancing value and risk.
• Develop leaders and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate strategy and investments to senior leaders; participate in on-call duties.
