Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a senior software engineering leader to guide multiple teams through complex, regulated enterprise applications. You will drive architecture, delivery roadmaps, and governance across Product, Architecture, and Operations.

You will coach engineers, build a high-performing organization, manage budgets, and partner with stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes, while promoting inclusion and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of technology experience including software development and leadership.
• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications in a regulated environment preferred.
• Financial services experience with client-facing digital platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with product, architecture, and business stakeholders; set priorities and ensure end-to-end integration.
• Direct projects through the SDLC using Agile practices and measurable success criteria.
• Oversee internally developed and vendor solutions, including vendor selection and implementation planning.
