• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop materials for varied audiences.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders across roles.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Resourceful and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders with strong communication to teach complex concepts.
• Identify and manage risk areas; drive issues to resolution.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track.
• Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform.
