Job summary

Apptronik is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead the team responsible for PLM, MES, and Quality systems that connect engineering to the shop floor. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and execution, balancing speed with long-term system integrity in a high-growth robotics environment.

You will hire and develop a team of systems analysts and engineers, sit in requirements workshops, and drive executive-level decisions while ensuring systems deliverables are adopted and

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading enterprise systems teams in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
• Proven track record delivering PLM, MES, QMS, or ERP implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Strong vendor and contract management experience with SOWs and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems projects for engineering and manufacturing.
• Direct PLM implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement across CAD data, BOMs, and change control.
• Own design-to-build data thread from engineering to manufacturing BOMs and routings.
• Oversee integration of PLM with ERP, MES, and ECAD/MCAD toolchain.
• Deliver MES capabilities and quality systems across the product lifecycle.
• Set strategy for Salesforce-based business processes and integrations.
• Represent requirements to executive leadership and translate into scalable configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training, and governance for platforms.
