Job summary

Apptronik is hiring a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead the team responsible for scaling hardware from early builds to repeatable production. You will own manufacturing definitions, MBOM alignment, and production readiness, while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve robust systems.

The role emphasizes process development, tooling strategy, and PFMEA to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and ramp readiness for Apollo's next growth phase.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Manufacturing Engineering team from prototype to production.
• Translate design and learnings into scalable processes, tooling and documentation.
• Own MBOMs, operation sequencing, and Work Instruction standards.
• Lead process development, tooling strategy, DFM/DFA, PFMEA and process validation.
• Improve first-pass yield, defects, cycle time, and drive cross-functional corrective actions.
