Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Poly.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven work experience as an Enterprise Systems Engineer or similar.
• Experience with system design and management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of system security and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure secure and scalable systems.
• Analyze business requirements to determine technology needs.
• Drive initiatives with product managers to integrate new technologies.
• Plan and implement systems automation to improve efficiencies.
• Implement and monitor system performance metrics.
• Develop interfaces for tools and complex systems.
• Develop and maintain enterprise monitoring processes.
• Diagnose system vulnerabilities and resolve complex issues.
• Proactively manage server, network and firewall systems.
• Maintain system security and data integrity.
• Travel may be required within the NCR as needed.
