Job summary
CA\CI International is seeking a Systems Engineer - Integration & Test to join a multi-location team delivering a complex software application into operations. You will lead system-level integration and testing in an Agile context, coordinating with software, DevOps, and systems teams to verify requirements and ensure test readiness.
The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a relevant engineering degree, and 3+ years in systems engineering with 1–2 years in integration and test.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in systems engineering with 1–2 years in integration and test.
- Experience with software integration, test planning, and results documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
Responsibilities
- Execute system-level integration and test procedures for agile builds.
- Set up environments, manage configurations, verify interfaces.
- Analyze test results and coordinate root-cause analysis.
- Prepare TRR/TRB reports and discrepancy analyses.
- Develop test plans, cases, and interface specs.
- Collaborate with DevOps, software, and systems teams for test readiness.
- Support CI/CT and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Follow established test processes and suggest workflow improvements.
