• Microsoft 365 Administration: 8+ years of professional experience.
• System Management Processes: 8+ years of proven knowledge and application.
• Information Management and File Structure: 8+ years of experience with file systems and data representation.
• Advanced System Security: 8+ years of experience with advanced security techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage enterprise print systems across the organization.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy management.
• Provide expert-level administration of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Apply advanced system management processes to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain system security protocols, employing advanced methods.
• Coordinate nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate to generate documentation supporting rewrites, upgrades, and knowledge transfer.
• Work independently to learn new systems and processes.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to technical teams.
