• Deep-dive into client workflows to uncover high-value use cases.
• Translate executive requirements into value realization plans to deliver ROI and growth.
• Develop roadmaps aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and KPIs.
• Lead QBRs with stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and progress.
• Lead configuration and integration to accelerate time-to-value and smooth transition to operations.
• Conduct deep-dive technical demonstrations and office hours for developers.
