Qualifications

• Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively.
• Comfort in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead key qualitative and quantitative analyses with cohesive storylines and actionable recommendations.
• Drive identification and development of new growth opportunities through market scanning and trend tracking.
• Synthesize insights and develop materials to support senior executive decisions across CVS Health business units.
• Support process management for business unit leadership, including goals tracking and agenda development.
• Conduct research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across Enterprise Strategy with Finance and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
