CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategy (Individual Contributor) to drive growth initiatives and enable execution of strategic priorities across CVS Health's core businesses. You will synthesize market insights, build cohesive stories, and partner with executives to translate strategy into concrete actions.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategy or related fields, excellent storytelling, and strong executive presence in a matrixed environment. MBA preferred; BA/BS required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a dynamic, fast-moving profession.
• Expertise in storyboarding and framing presentations for exec discussions.
• Executive presence with strong listening and communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to influence internal and external partners (manage up).

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses; craft cohesive storylines and recommendations.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities by scanning market developments.
• Synthesize insights and develop materials for senior executive decision-making.
• Support process management for leadership goals and executive forums.
• Conduct research and competitive intelligence to inform strategies.
• Collaborate across Enterprise Strategy and CVS with Finance and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
