CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Enterprise Strategy to help shape growth across the Health Care Delivery division. You will partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to translate ambitious priorities into actionable plans.

The role supports annual planning, manages high-impact initiatives, and mentors a small strategy team. Remote or hybrid work is available with 10–20% travel to meet senior leaders and strategy groups.

Formación

• Significant healthcare delivery expertise.
• 10 years of related experience in top management consulting or health care strategy.
• Proven track record in managing strategy projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication, including structured presentations.
• Ability to lead a high-performing small team and mentor others.
• Role reports into Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy (Health Care Delivery).
• Travel up to 10–20% for in-person meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual strategic planning processes for CVS enterprise leadership and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to manage strategic portfolios and craft communications for senior leaders.
• Steer executive meetings and drive decisions as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Lead high-visibility internal strategy consulting projects with structured workplans and execution.
• Direct timely, accurate analyses and develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive actions across HCD business areas.
• Foster a culture of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and innovation.
