Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Account Strategy Manager to directly support Sales Directors on complex, enterprise and strategic deals. You will help define value-led narratives, engage executives, and coordinate across Sales, Solution Consulting, and Partners to drive deal success.

The role is hybrid, with a focus on staying hands-on across multi-stakeholder pursuits and steering deal strategy through milestones and approvals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in strategic account management, deal strategy, or sales strategy roles directly supporting complex, Enterprise, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
Experience helping build value-led narratives and executive positioning materials for C-level stakeholders.
Experience supporting complex pursuits — RFPs, PoVs, multi-partner engagements — with Sales Directors and internal/partner teams.
Experience partnering with technology or ecosystem partners on joint GTM positioning is a plus.
Familiarity with SPICED, Account-Based Selling, or similar enterprise frameworks.
Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and understanding of AI in deal strategy.

Responsibilities

Directly support Sales Directors on high-value, complex opportunities, aligning customer priorities with transformation goals.
Help build value-led narratives and executive summaries for win themes.
Provide hands-on support across a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic deals with Sales Directors.
Apply clear engagement criteria to prioritize impactful opportunities.
