Job summary
Continu Inc. is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in New York City to lead technical implementations and partner with enterprise customers on their learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions consulting, with experience in leading complex software projects and familiarity with SaaS integrations. This role offers a hybrid work environment with flexible PTO and equity participation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles such as Solutions Engineering or Consulting.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and leading complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong understanding of APIs and data workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with customers.
- Develop implementation plans and stakeholder communication.
- Guide customers through integrations and platform configuration.
