Job summary
Shentel is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical sales support to the Sales team and enterprise/Wholesale customers. The role requires articulating technology and product positioning to business and technical users, and identifying technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications
- Four-year degree in engineering or technology field preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in network architecture.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated with independent judgment and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to Sales team and enterprise/Wholesale customers.
- Articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical users.
- Collaborate with Project Management to deliver network solutions on time and within budget.
- Assist Marketing and Sales with defining product specifications and technical/price proposals.
- Conduct executive briefings and training for Sales on emerging technologies and industry trends.
