Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, Texas seeks a Sr Lead Solution Architect to oversee multi-type technical architecture for end-user applications. You will drive architecture blueprints, set standards, and partner with leaders to implement scalable solutions across platforms and cloud environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience.

Experience connecting AI capabilities into existing ecosytstem.
Experience in GenAI, machine learning and AI agents.
Experience in enterprise integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures.
Approves technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define the "blueprint" for technical architecture to support mission needs.
