Job summary

The Senior Principal Systems Architect at TIAA leads the development of multi-platform architectures and end-user solutions across the enterprise. You will set strategic directions, audit designs for compliance, and drive scalable blueprint development to support critical mission needs.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of architecture experience.
Experience connecting AI capabilities into existing ecosytstem.
Experience in GenAI, machine learning and AI agents.
Experience in enterprise integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.
Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.
Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures
Approves technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.
Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define "blueprint" for technical architecture to support mission needs.
