Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or deployment engineering.
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor during client onboarding.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing trust and alignment with Karat's solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements; lead technical delivery for customers.
• Work with the GTM team across the customer lifecycle to present solutions and implement the initial interview framework for each client.
• Conduct strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal performance.
• Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
