Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting role.
• Experience owning complex, high-stakes client relationships with enterprise accounts.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Comfort working with VP or C-suite executives.
• Willingness to be on-site with clients up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level.
• Own the strategic narrative for your account and align executives.
• Define the engagement strategy and roadmap, then execute end-to-end.
• Track usage, adoption, and satisfaction, surfacing risks early.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineer and Project Manager to map relationships.
• Surface expansion opportunities to enable pricing and contracts.
