Job summary

Sprinto is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to own technical success for its most complex enterprise deals. You will partner with senior CISOs and executives across regulated industries to drive solution design, POCs, and successful implementations.

Expect to lead workshops, demonstrations, and security reviews, shaping architecture and roadmap while collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or related security architecture roles.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with senior security stakeholders across regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, and related standards.
• Strong cloud and SaaS architecture experience across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and solutioning for complex enterprise deals.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Design POCs, sandbox Evaluations, architectures, and business cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Drive technical wins by addressing security reviews and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success teams.
• Influence product roadmap with insights from enterprise deployments.
