Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Director/Sr. Director, Enterprise Solution Architecture to guide strategic customers in adopting the Gravity Platform for digital, data, and AI transformations.

You will drive enterprise architecture blueprints and platform adoption across health systems, payers, and partners. You will own executive briefings, technical deep dives, and workshops, shaping roadmaps and deployment options (cloud-native, multi-tenant, hybrid) while mentoring a team of Solution

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy.
• Executive presence to engage and advise C-suite leaders and domain experts.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms, ETL/ELT, semantic layers, and data engineering.
• Experience with AI-driven products and architecture, including LLMs, inference pipelines, and vector stores.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR, HL7, X12, and experience with EMRs and payer systems.
• Ability to conceptualize and present complex solutions with clear diagrams and storytelling.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CxOs and senior architects to craft data and AI platform strategies.
• Lead executive architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops.
• Drive solution design and validation across use cases and guide platform deployment options.
• Serve as a platform evangelist in customer briefings, events, and partner ecosystems.
• Lead pre-sales efforts for RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments; translate needs into architecture.
