Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise or Solutions Architect to join our architect team.

You will anchor domain placements across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust, starting from the customer problem and mapping it to a scalable capability. In this role, you’ll lead with delivery, collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure clear ownership to avoid stalled work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
• Experience with AI tooling to build solutions.
• Fluency across Salesforce or major alternative/adjacent technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across domains: Platform Advantage, Governance & Trust, Data & AI Excellence, Emerging Tech.
• Collaborate across pre- and post-sale teams to map business problems to capabilities.
• Define domain placement during interview process based on depth and team need.
• Ensure clear ownership and avoid ambiguous work routing.
