Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead domain-focused architecture across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, and Data & AI Excellence.

You will translate complex business problems into scalable capabilities and partner with leadership to drive strategic outcomes. Expect to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery through governance, security, and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with senior stakeholder influence.
• Experience using AI tooling to build solutions and improve efficiency.
• Deep expertise in at least one focus area and credibility to make final decisions.
• Fluency across Salesforce or a major alternative/adjacent technology.
• Proven delivery-focused track record, with ability to move stalled work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused architecture work acrossPlatform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI, or Governance & Trust.
• Collaborate with pre/post sales teams and map business problems to capabilities.
• Drive domain placement decisions during interview process based on depth and needs.
• Assist in resolving platform-fit ambiguity and ensure successful rollouts.
• Maintain architecture storytelling through clear visuals and communications.
