Innovaccer Inc. in the United States seeks a Director/Sr. Director, Enterprise Solution Architecture to advise strategic customers and translate business needs into platform-driven solutions.

You will shape enterprise blueprints, guide large-scale adoption, and lead pre-sales efforts across health systems, payers, and life sciences. You will partner with Gravity product teams and executives to align roadmap priorities with market demand, mentor architects, and represent Innovaccer at industry

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of enterprise architecture leadership in healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native ecosystems.
• Customer-facing: able to engage, influence, and advise C-suite leaders and domain experts.
• Cloud-native data platforms, ETL/ELT, semantic layers, and modern data engineering.
• AI-driven products and architecture experience (LLMs, inference pipelines, vector stores).
• FHIR, HL7, X12 and comfort navigating EMRs (Epic, Cerner), payer systems and APIs.
• Ability to conceptualize and narrate architectures with business and technical leaders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executives to craft transformative platform strategies using Gravity.
• Own executive architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops.
• Drive solution design across use cases like care coordination, risk stratification, and RCM.
• Represent Innovaccer as a platform evangelist at customer briefings and events.
• Guide build vs. buy decisions, roadmapping, and deployment options (cloud-native, multi-tenant).
• Collaborate with Gravity product managers and engineers on roadmap priorities.
• Lead technical pre-sales for strategic RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments.
• Work with interoperability and data governance SMEs to design scalable solutions.
• Support GTM motions across providers, payers, and life sciences.
• Mentor Solution Architects within the team.
