Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the company-wide AI architecture. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, governance, and secure usage of AI technologies across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes leadership in AI platforms, generative AI, agentic workflows, and responsible AI practices while aligning with security and regulatory requirements to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development or architecture with AI focus.
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns and integration.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to guide AI platform strategies and tooling decisions.
• Experience implementing AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) and security controls.
• Collaborates with EA, engineering, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures.
• Establish AI governance frameworks and guardrails for secure AI use.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate model providers and tooling.
• Create AI integration patterns with enterprise platforms and data services.
• Develop standards for AI operations, deployment pipelines, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise AI adoption.
• Drive cost-management practices for AI infrastructure and usage.
