Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant to provide technical sales support for software opportunities across full software and analytics offerings. You will lead demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and help shape customer solutions from a remote or Rockwell office.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Enterprise Software Solution Consultants, you will partner with the Account Executive team and travel up to 40% to engage customers in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (we do not sponsor visas).
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Experience in pre‑sales, customer success, or related role with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience in manufacturing or maintenance/reliability industries is a plus.
Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, web and database tech.
Ability to quickly build relationships with customers.
Previous experience with PLEX software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with our customer base and opportunities.
Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and tender documents.
Identify client needs during discovery and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with internal product teams to influence feature development.
