Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field – Required.
• 5 years of experience managing an enterprise SEO program.
• Strong SEO and data analysis background.
• Direct experience with enterprise SEO platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
• Demonstrates time management and priority setting.
• Experience managing external agencies and people.
• Excellent communication, research, management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and keyword research.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall SEO and GEO strategies for multiple Paychex websites.
• Oversees localization to boost regional search presence.
• Creates editorial calendars to drive inbound traffic.
• Coordinates publishing on Paychex WORX and with Demand Gen.
• Generates weekly/monthly reporting on organic metrics and ROI.
• Collaborates with designers, writers, and developers for site optimization.
• Recruits, hires, and develops personnel within the department.
