Jefferson Health Plans is recruiting a Security Services Manager to lead planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise security technology across healthcare and university environments.

The role ensures deployment, integration, and performance of access control, video surveillance, weapon detection, and related systems, while coordinating installation, maintenance, and vendor oversight in alignment with risk management objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience working with security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security systems architecture and integration.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and life-safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple service requests across enterprise locations.
• Oversee the enterprise security systems and maintenance service program.
• Support training for security personnel and system end users.
• Provide security systems service updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Recommend improvements and technology enhancements aligned with the enterprise security strategy.
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Ensure proper system commissioning, documentation, and turnover to operations teams.
• Provide technical guidance on system architecture, interoperability, and network connectivity.
