Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience working with security systems, including service and maintenance across access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.
• C-Cure 9000 Advanced System Integrator Certification.
• C-Cure 9000 Advanced System Manager Certification.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security systems architecture and integration.
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure and IP-based security technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and life safety requirements in healthcare or complex environments.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage electronic security systems.
• PSP - Physical Security Professional - ASIS
• OSHA-related safety training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple service requests across enterprise locations.
• Oversee the enterprise security systems and maintenance service program.
• Support training for security personnel and system end users.
• Provide security system updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Recommend improvements and technology enhancements aligned with security strategy.
• Support system integrations, upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Ensure proper system commissioning, documentation, and turnover to operations teams.
• Provide guidance on system architecture, interoperability, and network connectivity.
