Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect – Presales to merge strategic pre-sales with consulting-led solutioning. You will translate client priorities into security roadmaps, shape demand, and influence large cybersecurity deals.

Partner with sales and client stakeholders to deliver outcome-driven solutions aligned with risk and regulatory objectives, elevating Cognizant as a long-term transformation partner.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity-led infrastructure, application, and digital engineering offerings.
• Broad cybersecurity technology depth across legacy, cloud, zero trust, data security, identity, endpoint, SIEM, and AI-driven security platforms.
• Deep insight into global IT and cybersecurity outsourcing trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of integrated cybersecurity deals across consulting, SI, and managed services.
• Generate downstream SI and MSS pipeline from existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities with sales and client stakeholders and architect outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and solution defence discussions.
• Evaluate pricing models, risk transfer, and margins of security solutions.
• Engage with OEMs, hyperscalers, and partners to enhance differentiation.
• Co-create target-state architectures and phased implementation strategies.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for architecture work.
