Job summary

Fairweather, LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a large enterprise Salesforce implementation. The role is remote with a preference for East Coast candidates.

You will coordinate program backlogs, oversee release trains, identify risks and dependencies, and drive cross-team collaboration to ensure PI goals are met. Requirements include extensive Salesforce implementation experience, broad business process understanding, Scrum experience, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with Large Enterprise Salesforce Implementation Projects.
• Understanding of broad business processes.
• Need to know how to manage an implementation plan.
• Prior or current Scrum experience.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Program Manager and Solution Architect to prioritize and refine the program backlog.
• Coordinate and oversee work across multiple release trains to complete program epics, guide program-level RTEs.
• Identify risks and dependencies for the program, communicating to the Portfolio Stakeholders.
• Identify cross-program synergies, communicate lessons learned to program teams.
• Remove blockers/impediments and empower the program to meet PI goals and delivery against strategic themes.
• Day-to-day team lead.
