Paychex is hiring for an Enterprise Sales role in Washington, DC. You will hunt and close net-new enterprise business, managing a defined territory with 100 to 5,000+ employees, and engage with executive-level buyers to advance complex B2B deals.

You will position high-value bundles across the Paychex portfolio, collaborate with Solutions Engineers and RevOps, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging a robust channel ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the full One Paychex Portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a world-class channel ecosystem to scale deals.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through the close.
