Job summary

Paychex is hiring for an enterprise sales role in Seattle, joining forces with Paycor to deliver AI-enabled, end-to-end HCM solutions. You will hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts (100–5,000+ employees) and manage full-cycle sales—from executive-level prospecting to multiple stakeholders' discovery, demos, and close.

You will build high-value bundles across the One Paychex portfolio, engage economic buyers, and own pipeline forecasting in a fast-paced GTM environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional sales experience with a quota
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees
• Driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100–5,000+ employees)
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close
• Build value bundles across the One Paychex portfolio (PEO, HR, payroll, benefits, etc.)
• Partner with solutions engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker/channel ecosystem
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close
