Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management to mature and integrate a scalable risk framework supporting safe, rapid growth. You will oversee the enterprise risk function and collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Security to balance risk with Navan’s growth trajectory.

The role requires deep knowledge of COSO/ISO frameworks, strong leadership, and a proven track record in risk management within fintech or public-company environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field is required or highly valued.
• Active professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CRM) or an advanced degree are valued as evidence of expertise.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or complex public-company governance is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Mature and integrate a scalable risk framework aligned with Navan's strategy and growth.
• Oversee the enterprise risk function and governance standards across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Security to balance risk with speed of growth.
• Conduct risk assessments across fraud, revenue, procurement, privacy, compliance, and corporate development.
• Drive risk documentation, analytics, and executive dashboards to monitor risk health.
• Advance the function through automation, continuous monitoring, and AI-enabled techniques.
