Job summary

NAVEX, a leader in risk and compliance technologies, seeks a Group Product Manager for risk solutions to own vision, roadmap, and delivery across the portfolio. You will work with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and experts to embed scalable, connected risk intelligence and AI-driven insights to surface emerging risks and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product-management experience delivering enterprise software, platform, or SaaS products with governance, risk, and compliance preferred.
• 2+ years leading and developing Product Managers, including geographically distributed teams.
• Proven success setting multi-product strategy, making investment tradeoffs, and achieving measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Deep capability in customer discovery, market and competitive analysis, product analytics, business cases, and go-to-market.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategy, outcomes, and investment priorities for our Risk value streams.
• Lead Risk PMs toward shared goals; coach decision quality and build high-performing teams.
• Direct discovery, VOC, product analytics, and competitive research to identify problems and differentiate offerings.
• Frame portfolio tradeoffs using customer impact, value, and feasibility; maintain an integrated roadmap.
• Establish measurable product outcomes and adapt based on evidence and learning.
• Shape executive narratives and align partners around priorities and changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Design on scalable practices, AI-enabled experiences, speed, and quality.
