Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Resiliency to lead business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. You will coordinate development, maintenance, and testing of plans across lines, systems, and teams in Overland Park, KS, ensuring timely restoration after disruptions.

The role requires 10+ years in business continuity, strong communication skills, and leadership.

Competenze

• 10+ years of business continuity experience in financial services or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote coordination.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• BC certification or ability to obtain within first year.

Mansioni

• Provide expertise and support to management and teams for planning for disruptions.
• Coordinate annual schedules for BCP/DR documentation, exercises, and reviews.
• Oversee development of BCP, Technical Recovery, and Incident Response Plans.
• Recommend recovery strategies and assist with implementations.
• Use BCM System to integrate planning and recovery data.
• Develop training and deliver sessions to stakeholders.
• Support ongoing emergency notification updates, validation, and exercises.
• Perform routine admin tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
