Empower LLC in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Resiliency expert to lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning across lines and teams. You will coordinate documentation, testing, and incident response programs to ensure timely restoration of operations and technology services after disruptions.

The role requires 10+ years in financial services continuity, strong leadership, and the ability to train stakeholders. A BC certification is expected within the first year.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in business continuity within financial services or related fields.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with remote partners and manage resources.
• Willingness to obtain BC certification within first year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise to management and teams for disruption planning.
• Coordinate annual schedules for continuity documentation and tests.
• Oversee development of BCPs, TRPs, and incident response plans.
• Recommend recovery strategies and implement solutions.
• Use BCM system to integrate planning, assessments and data.
• Develop training for BC planners and sponsors.
• Support emergency notification updates, validation, and exercises.
• Handle admin duties and support ad hoc projects.
