• Supports governance processes to ensure alignment with objectives and funding constraints.
• Provides executive reporting on project and portfolio health and risks.
• Leads cross-functional change coordination for enterprise initiatives.
• Uses PMI processes to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and communications.
• Mentors team members on project and portfolio management best practices.
